Morton Lodge has voted to host a Blue Lightning Event to help Area Lodges in completing their unfinished work, Final approval and forms are being submitted to Grand Lodge and we expect a full turn-out. We will need to ensure that the lodge is prepared, that we have sufficient registration tables available and that meals and hospitality items are prepared for this event. WB Brad Whitaker and members of Morton Masonic Lodge held a summer picnic at Kennel Lake. we had a fair attendance, good times and an enjoyable meal. Please do not hesitate to be a part of these activities as they are a lot of fun and help build stronger relationships.

WB Brad Whitaker and members of Morton Masonic Lodge attended services at Morton United Methodist Church in observance of St. John the Baptist day. The weather did not permit an outdoor service, however the service was still very interesting and the facility is remarkable.

Mark your calendars--Morton Lodge is holding a Lodge member and family cook-out. Starts at 4 pm, we will provide dogs, chips and soda. Please bring a covered dish to share, and items for entertainment. Since it has been asked yes you may bring your own choice of beverages. Hope to see you there.
